To submit a proposal for PAGES workshop support, please complete the fields below. After you have done this, click on the preview button at the bottom of the page to view your proposal.
You will have the chance to edit it again before submitting. Please be sure to print a copy of your proposal from the preview page before finally submitting it.
This form is session-based with a session time-out after 2 hours. To avoid loss of data, prepare your proposal offline in a text editor (e.g. MS Word) and then copy-paste text blocks into the form.
